Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the selected style, color, shipping information, and quantity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marcela.thevault@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is approved as damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
