Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once your order has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. The Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, The Vault is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or any events outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marcela.thevault@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
